What have I done

How does Homestuck merchandise generally do at conventions? I’ve been to several and there’s either been a severe lack of stuff or way too much stuff to even decide from - but I have yet to actually take note of the amount of buying fans actually do.

I’m starting to plan out the lineup of merch. I’ll be doing for my first artist alley ever! And I’m just trying to get a grasp on whether or not it would be a good move? I mean the fandom is pretty large, but for some reason I get the vibe that they aren’t as willing to buy stickers/prints as some of the other fanbases. I’m simply trying to plan out whether it’d be worth printing out stuff (considering the money involved) if nobody’s gonna buy it. Anyone have any experience/hypothesis? :)

Digital Prize - Mist by *ChopStuey

MIST! It’s not every day you come across some awesome Rune Factory Frontier fanart! I absolutely LOVE that game and I absolutely LOVE Mist - in fact Mist was my first cosplay. True true! I commissioned her outfit and wore her proudly to Animazement in 2011! I think 2 people recognized me the entire day but oh well!

ChopStuey (GREAT NAME) did a fantastic job on this piece! I think her soft organic style really lends itself to the subject.

Shoutout to quantumgeekery for the lovely feature/review on the prize I did for them~. ‘Twas fun to draw one of my favorite characters from Rune Factory, a series with not nearly enough love that it should be credited for! Now I need to get around to playing this game again. (:
